After we purchased our block of land we consulted with a number of builders to quote on the plans we had approved. After careful consideration, my wife and I selected Dalmac to build our new home, they were not the cheapest quote we received but we were impressed on how professionally they presented themselves and their portfolio of work seemed excellent. In the end, we felt the slight over-spend compared to a cheaper, less experienced builder was warranted.

When my husband and I decided to add a second story extension to our home, we knew what we wanted, at least in our minds! It was hard to put it down on paper though. Paul and Troy, our Dalmac builders, were patient and understanding, helping us though the whole process.
